In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering information, records and archives management advisory and compliance services, You will support Transport for NSW to improve business systems, reduce risk and ensure information and recordkeeping practices meet legislative and organisational requirements.


This role will see you partner closely with business units to provide expert advice on digital information and records management, analyse business processes and systems, and recommend practical improvements that strengthen compliance and service delivery.

You’ll contribute to the development of information management tools, process documentation and best practice guidance, while continuing to build capability across digital information governance, compliance and process improvement. You will support the manager in investigating business issues and implementing best practices.


You will navigate complex information management challenges and support improved ways of working to deliver more compliant, efficient and consistent information practices in a large, diverse organisation with competing priorities and evolving legislative and system requirements.

About you


Your strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills, formed across records and information management, digital governance, compliance or business process environments, will see you excel in analysing business processes, managing competing priorities and translating legislative requirements into practical solutions, leading to reduced risk, improved compliance and stronger information management outcomes.

You have a curious mindset and are willing to learn.


You’re recognised as a trusted information management advisor, skilled at providing clear, context based guidance and developing practical tools and solutions, and experienced in working collaboratively across complex organisations to influence change and uplift digital information practices. You have strong communication and analytical skills.
