This role plays a critical part in how WorkCover shows up across its digital channels.
You'll make sure our content, forms and digital experiences remain accurate, compliant and easy for customers to engage with. You'll coordinate publishing and digital delivery activities across our website and broader digital ecosystem, ensuring work moves efficiently from request through to implementation.
You'll be the person who connects business needs with digital delivery. Working closely with the Communications and Customer Engagement, Customer Experience, Technology and operational teams, you'll help identify opportunities, solve problems and coordinate improvements that make a real difference for customers.
You'll:
You'll also provide trusted advice to stakeholders, helping balance operational needs, governance requirements and customer outcomes while ensuring digital experiences remain fit for purpose.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping things run well.
You'll be naturally curious, highly organised and comfortable navigating complex environments with competing priorities. You know how to ask the right questions, uncover root causes and work collaboratively to deliver practical solutions.
You bring strong stakeholder management skills, a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
