Job Description

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our expanding Creative team in London. Sitting within the Digital team, you’ll play a key role in delivering premium digital creative across our core channels, helping bring the Jellycat brand to life through engaging and distinctive design. Working closely with designers, developers and copywriters, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects, creating high-quality digital experiences that support our brand and commercial objectives.

You'll be;

  • Designing digital assets across website, e-commerce, email marketing and paid social channels.
  • Bringing campaign concepts and brand direction to life through engaging digital design.
  • Creating visually compelling email campaigns that drive engagement and support key messages.
  • Developing digital advertising and paid social content that captures attention and strengthens brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with Creative, Marketing and wider cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Working alongside designers, developers and copywriters to ensure a consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints.
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Optimising creative assets for different platforms, formats and performance requirements.

You'll have;

  • A degree in Digital Design, UX/UI or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience within digital design, ideally in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, web design, e-commerce projects and brand storytelling.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • A solid understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journeys and digital marketing objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work to deadline.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership from concept through to delivery.
  • A passion for digital creativity and creating joyful, distinctive design.
