About the Role

The Senior Digital and Marketing Technology Specialist reports to the Regional Head of Marketing and Business Development, Asia. It works closely with Asia M&BD team and is closely aligned with specialist functions including the Creative and Digital Design Studio, Marketing Technology and Digital Marketing teams, to support digital delivery, platform optimisation, system adoption, governance, data quality, and digital best practices. This role is a senior individual contributor role responsible for the day to day ownership, optimisation and regional coordination of the firm’s digital channels, social media platforms and marketing technology ecosystem across Asia. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: The role combines handson execution with regional accountability, supporting both strategic initiatives (such as technology rollouts, system upgrades and website development) and operational delivery across social media, marketing automation and digital platforms. It requires a digitalfirst mindset, excellent crossfunctional collaboration skills, strong creative sensibility and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, as well as provides basic creative and visual asset support, ensuring brand consistency and effective localisation across Asia platforms.Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage and optimise the firm's social media presence across Asia, including planning, scheduling and performance tracking using tools such as Trello
  • Manage the firm's WeChat account and Chinese-language website, including content updates, localisation and day-to-day coordination
  • Work closely with the Website team on the ongoing development and enhancement of the Chinese-language website, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional business needs
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative Services and Studio team to deliver engaging, channel-appropriate digital content
  • Support the development and execution of regional social media and digital marketing campaigns, including audience targeting, content planning and performance optimisation
  • Work with the Digital Marketing, Creative Services & Studio teams to adapt and localise visual content for Asia, maintaining consistency across platforms and formats
  • Support basic creative services and visual asset development for digital channels, including social media, WeChat, email campaigns and the Chineselanguage website, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regional requirements

  • Provide light design support (eg resizing, formatting and simple asset creation) to enable timely delivery of campaigns
  • Support the day-to-day use and optimisation of marketing technology tools, including social, CMS and marketing automation platforms
  • Coordinate regional rollout, upgrades and adoption of selected marketing technology platforms, acting as an Asia point of contact for Global Marketing and local stakeholders
  • Support implementation activities such as testing, documentation, training and post-launch optimisation
  • Monitor platform performance and contribute to reporting and insights across social media and digital channels
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in digital marketing, social media and content, identifying practical opportunities to enhance performance and engagement
  • Support internal enablement through training and guidance on digital and social media best practices
  • Provide operational support across broader digital initiatives, including webcasts, podcasts, virtual events and digital campaigns

EXPERIENCE

What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or professional qualification in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience, ideally within professional services
  • Strong hands-on experience in social media management, digital content and campaign delivery
  • Practical experience with WeChat and Chinese digital platform is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology tools and platforms, tools (refer to "Key Systems" on page one)
  • Basic design capability (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or equivalent)
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to handle a varied workload
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
