Senior Dietary Worker - Part Time - Rotating Shifts Including Weekends Coverage

Under the direction of a supervisor or designated individual, the Senior Dietary Worker performs a variety of duties as required by the area assigned within the department. Rotation among areas is required, including but not limited to the following: storeroom, tray assembly and distribution, cold food preparation, hot food preparation, sanitation, equipment cleaning, packaging, dish and pot washing, waste disposal, and cafeteria.

The shift for this position is rotating, and includes weekend days coverage. Location is our Columbia campus in Uptown Manhatten/Washington Heights.

Preferred Criteria

  • Hotel, restaurant, retail experience.

  • Customer service experience.

Required Criteria

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • One year of food service experience.

Salary Range:

$26.08-$28.01/Hourly
