What You Will Do
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance developer engagement and community growth.
- Create and manage technical content, including tutorials, documentation, and webinars, to support developers using the platform.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather insights and feedback from the developer community.
- Utilize Python, Go, and JavaScript to build and maintain developer tools and integrations.
- Analyze community metrics and feedback to optimize outreach efforts and improve developer experiences.
- Advocate for developers internally, ensuring their needs are met in product development and marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–5 years of experience in developer relations, technical marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Preferred
- Experience in building and managing developer communities or advocacy programs.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
- Knowledge of best practices in technical content creation and community engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $175K to $250K, complemented by equity options of 0.1% to 0.4%. This company offers a collaborative remote work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the AI space.
