Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

About Ownera

Ownera is a fintech company building digital asset solutions for leading financial institutions. We’re looking for an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to help scale our cloud infrastructure, internal platforms, and developer tooling.

This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and AI-augmented engineering workflows in a fast-moving and highly technical environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage multi-cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Build and improve our internal developer platform written in Go
• Deploy, scale, and optimize Kubernetes production environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions
• Develop automation and internal tooling using Python, Go, and Bash
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions across the Grafana stack
• Maintain secure, financial-grade infrastructure using zero-trust principles
• Work with modern AI development tools, including Claude Code, to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on platform initiatives and MVP delivery
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to technical direction and innovation

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and/or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Hands-on AWS experience, including: EKS ,VPC, RDS, KMS, MemoryDB / ElastiCache
• Strong Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code expertise
• Experience building or operating internal developer platforms
• Hands-on experience with: ArgoCD, Helm, GitHub Actions
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
• Experience designing and maintaining secure systems
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows and tools such as Claude Code
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience developing platforms or Kubernetes operators in Go
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and Web3 environments
• Experience with MCP integrations or agentic AI systems
• Experience with eBPF technologies such as Cilium and Hubble
