Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure with ideally 5+ years of experience to own and evolve the build, release, and runtime foundations at a fast-scaling voice AI company. You'll design and automate deployment pipelines across cloud SaaS and on-prem environments, orchestrate containers at scale, and ensure reliable, compliant releases. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the responsible adult in production – working cross-functionally with product, security, and customer teams to turn real-world learnings into reusable platform capabilities. If you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and want to shape infrastructure from the ground up at a company growing from $5M to $36M ARR in a single year, this is the role for you.

What you will be doing

  • Designing and operating end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with blue/green, canary, and phased rollout strategies – including graceful draining for high-availability systems

  • Architecting, maintaining, and hardening Kubernetes-based runtime infrastructure (Docker, Helm) across multi-cluster and multi-tenant environments on AWS, Azure, and GCP

  • Integrating compliance controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) directly into delivery pipelines – including artifact signing, SBOMs, secret management, and policy-as-code

  • Implementing robust observability (metrics, logs, traces), SLOs/error budgets, and automated rollback capabilities

  • Deploying at customer sites (cloud or on-prem), leading incident response and postmortems, and codifying best practices into tooling and templates
