42dot의 Senior DevOps Engineer는 대규모 Embedded Software 개발 조직의 빌드, 테스트, 검증, 패키징, 릴리즈 흐름을 설계하고 고도화하는 역할입니다.

이 포지션은 단순히 CI job을 운영하는 역할이 아니라, 소프트웨어가 개발에서 검증과 릴리즈까지 안정적으로 전달될 수 있도록 전체 delivery workflow를 표준화하고 자동화합니다.
재현 가능한 빌드, 신뢰할 수 있는 테스트 파이프라인, 품질 게이트 자동화, 빠른 피드백 루프를 통해 개발 생산성과 릴리즈 품질을 함께 향상시키는 것이 핵심입니다.

Responsibilities

• Embedded Software 개발을 위한 end-to-end CI/CD pipeline을 설계, 구축, 운영합니다.

• 코드 변경부터 빌드, 테스트, 패키징, 검증, 릴리즈까지 이어지는 delivery workflow를 표준화합니다.

• C/C++ 및 Embedded Linux 기반 프로젝트에 적합한 build/test automation 체계를 설계합니다.

• 정적 분석, unit test, integration test, simulation test 등 품질 검증 절차를 CI pipeline에 통합합니다.

• 빌드 재현성, 테스트 신뢰도, 실패 분석, 파이프라인 가시성을 지속적으로 개선합니다.

• 개발팀과 협업하여 빌드 시간 단축, 캐시 전략, 병렬화, flaky test 제거 등 생산성 개선 과제를 주도합니다.

• 보안 및 품질 요구사항에 따라 signing, SBOM, compliance check, release gate를 pipeline에 반영합니다.

• 여러 제품 및 프로젝트에서 재사용 가능한 pipeline template과 engineering best practice를 정의합니다.

Qualifications

• DevOps, Build/Release Engineering, Software Engineering 또는 유관 분야에서 7년 이상의 경력

• 대규모 소프트웨어 조직에서 CI/CD pipeline을 설계하고 운영한 경험

• Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI 등 CI/CD 도구를 활용한 workflow 설계 경험

• Linux 기반 개발 환경에 대한 높은 이해

• Python, Bash 등 스크립트 언어를 활용한 자동화 경험

• C/C++ 빌드 시스템(CMake, Make, Ninja, Bazel 등)에 대한 이해

• 빌드, 테스트, 릴리즈 파이프라인의 병목을 구조적으로 분석하고 개선한 경험

• 개발팀, QA, Release, Security와 협업하여 delivery process를 표준화한 경험

Preferred Qualifications

• Embedded Software 또는 Firmware 개발 환경에서 CI/CD를 구축한 경험

• Yocto, Buildroot, cross-compilation 환경에서 build/test automation 경험

• HIL, SIL, simulation, emulator 기반 자동화 테스트 경험

• Monorepo 또는 대규모 멀티 리포지토리 환경에서 pipeline 표준화 경험

• Bazel 기반 build/test workflow 운영 경험

• OTA, secure release, artifact promotion 체계 구축 경험

• SBOM, license scanning, vulnerability scanning, software supply chain 관련 경험

Interview Process

• 서류전형 - 코딩테스트 - 화상면접 (1시간 내외) - 대면 혹은 화상면접 (3시간 내외) - 최종합격

• 전형절차는 직무별로 다르게 운영될 수 있으며, 일정 및 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.
