This role requires strong expertise in infrastructure automation, software containerization, CI/CD pipeline development, and configuration management. Additional value is placed on experience with AI-assisted automation and intelligent tooling to enhance operational efficiency, incident response, and delivery velocity.
A strong passion for scripting, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration is essential, along with the ability to contribute effectively toward shared team objectives in a dynamic environment.
Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and custom deployment frameworks (e.g., Jenkins pipelines, pipeline orchestration solutions)
Implement and maintain infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment solutions (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
Execute product deployments, installations, and environment provisioning across multiple stages of the delivery lifecycle
Manage and maintain virtualized environments using VMware/vSphere
Implement and support monitoring, logging, and observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace) to ensure system reliability and performance
Perform database and data source configuration and administration
Minimum of 4+ years of experience working with Linux and/or Windows environments
Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell, Groovy, Go)
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
Solid understanding of load balancing and caching mechanisms
Strong foundation in DevOps principles, practices, and culture
Experience with source code management systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Strong team collaboration skills, with effective time management and a focused, committed work ethic
Ability to independently drive tasks to completion while contributing effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Familiarity with build and dependency management tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle)
Working knowledge of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, Angular)
Experience configuring and maintaining systems and application services (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube), ensuring high availability and performance
Exposure to modern DevOps architectural patterns and practices, including Microservices and GitOps
Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted DevOps (AIOps), including intelligent automation and data-driven operational insights
