As a Senior DevOps Engineer-Analytics, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our analytics platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our analytics infrastructure, ensuring scalability, and enhancing overall system performance.

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software releases.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD practices, promoting code quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to optimize data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of analytics infrastructure, handling peak loads effectively.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency, leveraging cloud-based solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies into our DevOps practices.
• Document and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy onboarding.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical expertise for analytics projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong background in analytics infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading and managing DevOps teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, with experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is preferred.
• Knowledge of database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL, is essential.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or Datadog is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
