What you will do

• Build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across AWS environments

• Automate deployments and platform operations using infrastructure as code

• Manage containerized and serverless workloads in production

• Improve reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency

• Leverage AI-driven automation to accelerate delivery and platform improvements

Your team will include

• Platform and DevOps engineers

• Product engineering teams across multiple countries

• Security, data, and cloud specialists

• Stakeholders helping deliver data-driven healthcare solutions worldwide

Your roadmap in this role

Within 6 months

• Take ownership of key platform initiatives and deliver value with minimal ramp-up

• Implement automation that reduces operational effort and improves delivery speed

Within a year

• Enable greater self-service for development teams

• Drive measurable improvements in reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency

• Become a trusted technical expert for cloud infrastructure and platform operations

AI-native engineering at BC Platforms

We see AI as an integral part of modern engineering. Our teams use AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery, automate repetitive work, improve operational insights, and enhance platform reliability. We're looking for engineers who embrace AI-assisted development and want to help shape the future of AI-enabled platform engineering.

What makes you a strong fit

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud, platform, or infrastructure engineering

• Strong experience with AWS, infrastructure as code, and cloud automation

• Expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and automation scripting

• Experience building and operating production systems at scale

• Regular use of AI-powered engineering tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code

• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

You’ll stand out if you have

• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences

• Experience with AI-powered operational tooling, agents, MCP integrations, or RAG solutions

• AWS certifications and incident management experience

• Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry

• Experience working across AWS and Azure environments
