What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise DevOps and cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines that accelerate software delivery while improving quality, reliability, and security.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to ensure consistent, scalable, and repeatable environments.
• Partner closely with software engineering, quality engineering, and product teams to deliver secure and highly available platforms.
• Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Support software build, release, and deployment activities across development, integration, validation, and production environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Champion DevSecOps practices and foster a culture of security throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
• Ensure platform and application architectures incorporate Security-by-Design and Privacy-by-Design principles.
• Collaborate with test automation teams to establish performance, scalability, and reliability testing capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements that enhance operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices to elevate DevOps maturity and engineering effectiveness across teams.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational and technical initiatives successfully.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices preferred.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing engineering strategy within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success building and operating large-scale CI/CD platforms and release automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, primarily AWS and secondarily Azure.
• Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE principles and practices.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, Shell, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience administering and securing Linux and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of system hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity best practices.
