The Senior DevOps Engineer is a hands-on technical expert responsible for building, operating, and improving the company’s CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production environments.
This role plays a critical part in reliability, performance, and operational excellence, actively participating in on-call rotations and incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines
Operate and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes
Implement and maintain observability tooling
Automate builds and deployments for backend and frontend services
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (and exposure to Azure/GCP)
Configure and maintain networking and VPNs
Support cost optimization and resource efficiency
Ensure production reliability and performance
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
Contribute to SLAs, SLOs, and reliability improvements

Understand infrastructure, networking, and observability setup

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience ( must haves) with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Gitlab/Github/ Helm, Terraform / Observability.
Solid understanding of observability and monitoring
Experience operating production systems
Comfortable participating in on-call rotations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Java, Redis, PostgreSQL
Familiarity with frontend build pipelines (ReactJS, PixiJS)
Exposure to SRE concepts (SLOs, error budgets)
