We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineerto support the development of a new CRMand Communication Platform within the bankingindustry. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems. You will work closely with platform teams and stakeholders, support production environments, and contribute to DevOpsbest practices. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and regulated, production-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelinesand infrastructure automation workflows

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWSusing Terraformand Terragrunt

• Support and monitor production environments, ensuring high reliability and performance

• Handle incident managementand lead root cause analysisfor production issues

• Collaborate closely with platform teams and stakeholders across the organization

• Contribute to and enforce DevOpsbest practices and standards

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering

• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelinesand automation

• Solid AWSexpertise and experience with IaaScloud environments

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Codeusing Terraformand/or Terragrunt

• Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments

• Experience with incident managementand root cause analysis

• Ability to work independently in regulated environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetesand observability tooling

• Experience with Amazon Connect

• Background with CRMor Contact Center platforms, e.g. Salesforce

• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
