Devsinc is a fast-growing technology organization delivering innovative software solutions to global clients. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our team and help streamline infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation processes across multiple environments. As a DevOps Engineer at Devsinc, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure and deployment processes, and ensuring secure and reliable application delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with containerization, infrastructure automation, DevSecOps practices, and hybrid deployment environments.

Requirements

• CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD; pipeline design and troubleshooting.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible, Helm/Kustomize.
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, OpenShift; build and deploy containerized applications.
• Scripting: Python, Bash, Groovy for Jenkins automation.
• Security / DevSecOps: SonarQube, Checkmarx, Nexus; enforce scans and policy-as-code.
• Environment Automation: VM provisioning, configuration management across hybrid environments.
• GitOps principles and immutable infrastructure.
• Security integrated into pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Automated deployment strategies for hybrid legacy + containerized applications.
• CI/CD best practices, rollback strategies, and blue/green or canary deployments.
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize pipelines for all environments.
• Automate DevOps tasks to reduce errors and deliver a better developer experience.
• Assist in troubleshooting deployment failures and environment-related issues.
• Automate deployment and environment provisioning.
• Integrate security scanning and compliance checks.
• Maintain documentation and a knowledge base for developers.
