  Build and set up development tools and infrastructure (CI/CD pipelines)

Requirements

• 
  5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or related roles
• 
  Proven track record in delivering client-facing projects
• 
  Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• 
  Experience engaging directly with international clients
• 
  Strong expertise in design and delivery, with ability to provide technical leadership
• 
  Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows systems administration and Microsoft SQL Server
• 
  Hands-on experience maintaining and deploying apps on Kubernetes
• 
  Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, TeamCity, Octopus
• 
  Familiarity with networking and security (firewalls, routing, DNS, TLS/SSL)
• 
  Patching, vulnerability management, and automation practices
• 
  Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g. Veracode, Qualys, Gradar)
• 
  Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• 
  Cloud experience (Azure required, AWS/GCP a plus)
• 
  Polish and English, fluent working proficiency

• 
  Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 
  Azure Solution Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• 
  Experience in regulated or financial environments
