Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery while ensuring reliability and quality.
Automation: Automate processes across the development lifecycle, including infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
Cloud Management: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, security, cost-efficiency, and high availability.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align on goals, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
Monitoring & Performance: Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance. Conduct regular performance assessments and optimizations.
Security: Integrate security best practices into the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring compliance and protection against threats.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting continuous learning and process improvement.
Incident Management: Lead incident response efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
DevOps Expertise: Extensive experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including infrastructure provisioning and management.
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Monitoring & Logging: Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar tools.
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of IAM, secrets management, and integrating security practices into DevOps workflows.
Scripting & Programming: Strong skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
Incident & Problem Management: Experience leading incident response and RCA processes.
Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally.
Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and modern software development practices.
