Join our global, high-performing engineering team as a Backend Engineer. You will be at the heart of the Process-Tools organization, driving the evolution of our new central engineering toolchain. This role is crucial for our "Elefanto" team where you will build the data backbone that connects disparate tools like Jira, Codebeamer, and Splunk into a unified, intelligent system.
Operating within a framework inspired by SFIA, you will not just execute tasks, but take full ownership of your solutions, from concept to delivery. You will collaborate daily with our development team in Germany and key stakeholders across the business, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
