How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

You will be partner to the end-to-end software development lifecycle—from defining customer and user requirements and systems analysis to design, build, test, and implementation—for new and existing core foundational web and mobile applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, and support reliable and high-performing web and mobile applications.
  • Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases, and accurately document test results.
  • Assist in technical design and functional specifications for business applications, analyzing options, alternatives, and evaluating system functionality and integrity.
  • Support the day-to-day maintenance and systems administration of internal websites, including updating document content and performing necessary software development.
  • Create, maintain, and manage web pages across both Intranet and Internet sites.
  • Utilize structured methodologies and various processes to determine requirements and design formal solutions.
  • Prepare or assist in developing project plans, defining project scope, estimating resource projections, and preparing work plans.
  • Provide regular status reports and participate in team meetings.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate modifications and improvements to existing applications.
  • Conduct presentations or provide training on new or updated systems.
  • Research and track emerging technical trends and products in software development.

Do you have these requirements?

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Science or a related field.

Experience

  • Ideally, you bring solid professional web development experience using .NET technologies, including ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. Hands-on experience with Angular development is highly valued.
  • Experience with React / React Native is a welcome asset.
  • Strong SQL programming skills, including experience with stored procedure development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, dependency injection, and developing maintainable, testable code.
  • Mobile development experience is preferred.

Core Technical Understanding:

  • In-depth knowledge of web development, from foundational HTML to advanced technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of Relational Database Design and integration. Proficiency in Structured Methodology and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Development principles. Strong proficiency with Source Code Control ("version control").
  • Understanding of browser compatibility issues and web page design principles.
  • Familiarity with web server technology, security, and web statistics software.
