Job Description

Exp: 5 to 12 Years

Location: Pune, Chennai, Bangalore (Sarjapura)

Duration 6 months or extendable to 1 Year

Mode: Hybrid Model

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days joiners high preferred

  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations (coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the application.
  • Good Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Service Portal
  • Experience in Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations
  • Experience with Web Technologies ( XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies.
  • Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
  • Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
  • Understand the full application lifecycle
  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS ITSM/Discovery
