This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Developer - RPA (Senior Developer - Python Heavy) in India.

This role sits within an Intelligent Automation team focused on building scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across global marketing and technology ecosystems. You will design, develop, and deploy automation workflows and integrations using a combination of RPA tools, Microsoft Power Platform, and Python-heavy development practices. The position involves working across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment and support, within a highly collaborative engineering environment. You will contribute to building enterprise-grade applications and automation systems that integrate seamlessly with cloud platforms and SaaS/PaaS ecosystems. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong development expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to work with distributed global teams. You will also play a key role in mentoring developers and driving best practices within automation delivery squads.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and CoE best practices.
• Oversee a development pod, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support for complex automation initiatives.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, .NET-based components, and Python-heavy automation frameworks.
• Develop and enhance Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Dataverse-based applications.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with global engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver scalable SaaS and PaaS-based automation solutions.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and DevOps practices for automation and application deployments.
• Work on Azure-based services including Logic Apps, Functions, and connectors to enable end-to-end system integration.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET, APIs, and database design.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and backend service development.
• Experience designing and building Power Apps solutions including canvas and model-driven applications with Dataverse.
• Solid understanding of Azure services and integration patterns including Logic Apps, Functions, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Agile development practices.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, VBA, and enterprise automation frameworks is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex, distributed, and fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to JIRA, SaaS/PaaS environments, and Microsoft certifications (PL400, PL900) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in global teams.
