Job Summary

As a Senior PTC PLM Developer, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of high-quality code in alignment with project timelines and cost standards. Your expertise in PTC PLM will enable you to enhance existing features, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to new development projects that meet client and business requirements. You will be instrumental in ensuring project success through effective collaboration with functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain Existing Ptc Plm Features, Troubleshoot Bugs, And Resolve Ad-Hoc Requests While Providing Support For Major And Minor Enhancements Based On Client Requirements And Feedback From Functional And Technical Teams.
2. Provide Client Support By Presenting Data And Information, Resolving Tickets, And Engaging In Day-To-Day Support Activities, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks In Accordance With Defined Quality Standards.
3. Perform Documentation Activities Related To Enhancement Creation For Cmmi Compliance And Specific Client Requirements To Ensure Alignment With Quality Assurance Practices.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering Skill Development And Ensuring Adherence To Coding Standards Within Ptc Plm Development.
5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather And Clarify Requirements For Development Purposes, Ensuring All Stakeholder Needs Are Effectively Addressed In The Project Scope.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Ptc Plm Software And Its Applications.
2. Experience In Software Development Processes And Methodologies.
3. Knowledge Of Coding Best Practices And Software Development Standards.
4. Familiarity With Cmmi Documentation Requirements.
