Analog Devices continues to grow the software, systems, and solutions capabilities to support customer projects at scale. The Developer Relations function is a key driver of gotomarket awareness, product attach, and deep, lasting engagement with ADI.We’reseeking an Events & Community Organizer (IC) who will activate and amplify our developer& partnerecosystem throughhigh impactevents and community programmes—online and in person.

This role plays a central part in ADI’s ongoing pivot to adeveloper firstnarrative, turning visibility and engagement into measurable outcomes for our business and ecosystem.

As an individual contributor, you will lead programme execution for the pillars of Engaging Events and Collaborative Community, building brand credibility, accelerating adoption, and nurturing a vibranttwo-waydeveloper community across ADI’s platforms and partner ecosystems. You will coordinatewithcross functionalstakeholders, manage vendors and partners, and own programme outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • ADI‑Owned Event Leadership:Create, plan, launch, market, and deliver high‑impact developer and partner events conceived by ADI—owning the full lifecycle from ideation and goals, audience targeting, programming and speaker sourcing, venue/virtual production, promotional campaigns, demos/ workshoopsthrough to day‑of operations, staff enablement, post‑event content & nurture, ROI measurement, and iterative improvements for scale.

  • Event Execution:Plan and run ADI’s presence athigh impactthird-partyevents—hackathons, meetups,industryconferencesand partner events—fromselectionand budgeting to programming, speaker support, booth operations, staff enablement, andpost eventfollow-through

  • Internal Event Collaboration:Maximising the exposures for our developer & partner led initiatives in ternally though ADI own in-house technical conferences and working with our established events team.

  • Hybrid Community Engagement: Drive active participation across digital forums (developer.analog.com, ez.analog.com, GitHub) and physical venues to foster an inclusive, trusted developer community.

  • OpenSourceStewardship: Manage ADI’s commitments with opensource collectives (e.g., Linux Foundation, Zephyr Project), maximising participation, and translating involvement into developer success.

  • Strategic Pillar Implementation: Serve as the execution leadfor EngagingEvents and Collaborative Communitypillars—operationalising playbooks, calendars, and event kits for consistent, scalable delivery.

  • Ecosystem ROI Management: Turn passive memberships and partnerships into active contributions and demand generation—define goals, track value, and optimise investments acrossthird-partyecosystems.

  • Scalable Bridge: Act as the bridge between ADI and external developerand partnercommunities, connecting event insights to ADI’s content, tools, and product teams to reduce friction and accelerate timetovalue.

Additional IC deliverables

  • Content & Advocacy Support: Coordinate with DeveloperRelations, Product,PartnersandMarketingto source speakers, abstracts, demos, tutorials, and learning assets aligned to event themes and community needs.

  • PostEvent Activation: Own postevent nurture motions—recaps, recordings,follow-uptutorials, community threads, and campaigns—to drive return visits and deeper engagement with the ADI Developer Portal.

  • Measurement & Reporting: Build dashboards for event and community health, track KPIs, and makedatadrivenadjustments to programmes and messaging.

  • Vendor/Partner Coordination: Manage timelines, statements of work, and deliverables with external partners, venues, and OSS organisations.

Outcomes & KPIs

  • Growth in developer community engagement (registrations, active participants, discussion threads, returning users).

  • Event ROI (qualified leads, portal signups, repo activity, content consumption, talk ratings, booth interactions).

  • Increased earned speaking placements and partnership wins with ecosystemleaders..

Role & Responsibility (ADI Standard)

  • Operateevent& communityprogrammes in embedded or adjacent markets,demonstratinga track recordof community growth and event success.

  • Collaborate broadly—lead by influence across Marketing, Product, Engineering, andRegionalteams to orchestratedeveloper centricprogrammes at scale

  • Shapeearlystageprogramme expansion, leveraging ADI’s platforms and reach to build credible, highvisibility experiencesboth digital and physical.

  • Bridge technical and marketing:demonstrateembeddedmarket fluency, curiosity aboutdeveloper& partnercommunities, and comfort with measuring impact—adjusting strategy and messaging based on data.

  • Be capable across DevRelfacets

  • On-the-ground programmes (meetups, hackathons, speaker bureau) that build community and affiliation.

  • Marketing programmes & metrics to drive awareness and measure engagement.

  • Crossmarket communications with embedded and vertical leaders.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical problemsolving; competitive drive; initiative; relationshipbuilding; and crossfunctional collaboration.

  • Maintain a relentless focus on moving developers from unboxing to “hello world” fast—through eventdrivenenablement and community content.

  • Create excitement and garner internal support for developer& partnerprogrammes.

Requirements

  • Location:EU (preferably Ireland)

  • Experiencedevents & communitybackground, with a focus on driving scalable programmes and measurable results indeveloper,partneror related domains.

  • Strong communication& collaboration skills.

  • Proven engagement withvendors, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Education: BS in EE, CE, or CS (or equivalent experience); technical background preferred.

  • Travel: Yes (asrequiredfor events and community activities).

Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience in building,growingand managingdeveloper& partnercommunities

  • Experience stewarding opensource programme participation

  • Handson success converting event presence into activity andlongtermcommunity health metrics.
