We are looking for a Senior Developer (ARDA / PostgreSQL) to join a large-scale enterprise modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ARDA, PostgreSQL, and enterprise database environments, with a proven ability to support application modernization initiatives, database segregation, and high-performance production systems.
Refactor the ARDA application code to integrate with a dedicated PSI PostgreSQL database instance.
Design and implement the segregation of PSI from the current shared database environment into a dedicated architecture.
Review application dependencies to ensure secure and efficient integration.
Design, develop, and implement solutions focused on application modernization.
Participate in database migration projects while ensuring business continuity.
Optimize database performance through performance tuning and best practices.
Support enterprise-scale production environments and troubleshoot critical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and reliable technical solutions.
5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Backend Developer, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with PSI Database Segregation or dedicated PSI database implementations
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL
Experience working with ARDA
Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments
Experience with Application Modernization and System Design
Experience with database migrations.
Strong knowledge of database performance tuning
Experience supporting business-critical production applications.
Advanced English (required).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL
Previous experience supporting Santander applications.
Experience with ARDA or PSI-related systems
