The Senior Developer is a permanent member of the LRQA engineering team, focused on scaling the global client portal product. The platform foundation is in place, and this role will help lead the next phase of growth in capability, performance, and market readiness. This role is responsible for designing and delivering robust backend solutions in .NET 10, helping move data access away from legacy databases/endpoints toward modern REST APIs, and owning technical outcomes that directly improve client experience.
Eliminate or minimise employee exposure to risks by reviewing, regularly, the health and safety risk register, applying appropriate controls, communicating results of risk assessment and ensuring health and safety is considered in the planning and execution of all LRQA activities.
Manage your own and your team's compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements, ensuring employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely.
Monitor and review health and safety performance, observe safety behaviours in the workplace, taking appropriate corrective and preventive action as necessary and suggesting and implementing improvement activities.
