Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Embedded Software Engineer / Bootloader Developer with strong expertise in AUTOSAR, Flash Bootloader (FBL), Diagnostics, Security, and ECU Software Integration. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development and integration of secure bootloader solutions, implementation of UDS diagnostic services, AUTOSAR stack configuration, and low-level platform integration on automotive microcontrollers such as NXP S32K3xx and Renesas RH850.

The role requires hands-on experience in FOTA, Tester Flashing, ECU Security, UDS Diagnostics, and AUTOSAR-based embedded software development, along with strong debugging and integration skills to support next-generation automotive ECUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and integration of Flash Bootloaders (FBL) using ETAS RTA-FBL or similar AUTOSAR-compliant solutions.
• Design and implement secure boot, secure flash, and HSM-based security mechanisms to protect ECU firmware.
• Develop and integrate UDS (ISO 14229) diagnostic services at the application layer.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Embedded C programming skills.
• Hands-on experience in Bootloader Development (FBL) and ECU flashing mechanisms.
• Experience in FOTA and tester flashing solutions.
• Expertise in UDS (ISO 14229) diagnostics.
• Knowledge of OBD Services (ISO 15031).
• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR Architecture, integration, and configuration.
• MCAL configuration and integration.
• Experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, DaVinci Configurator) or equivalent
