Job Summary

Seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience and proven hands-on expertise in building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience developing LLM-powered applications, implementing RAG architectures, and building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain or similar. Strong Python programming skills and solid machine learning fundamentals are essential. Experience working with engineering, scientific, or simulation data is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI copilots.
• Build and maintain Agentic AI solutions using LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines integrated with vector databases.
• Implement tool-calling agents and integrate external APIs and enterprise systems.
• Create effective prompts, workflows, and orchestration logic for AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate, test, and optimize model performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Work with engineering or scientific datasets to develop domain-specific AI use cases

Skill Requirements

• Strong in Python
• Good at Machine Learning Fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) & Generative AI
• Agentic AI Development
• LangChain (or similar frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector Databases & Semantic Search
• Tool Calling / API Integration

Other Requirements

• Positions based with priority to Bangalore and Chennai.
• Additionally, Hyderabad and Pune can also be considered.
• Initially would have to work from client’s location 5 days a week and after 2 months can switch to Hybrid working - 3 days WFO
