Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own complex features end-to-end, drive technical decisions, and ensure scalability, security, and performance across the stack. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and junior engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

rchitecture & Design

• Design and evolve RESTful API contracts using Swagger/OpenAPI
• Define backend microservices architecture and frontend modular design
• Ensure solutions scale for performance, security, and maintainability

Backend Development

• Build and maintain services using Java (8+/17), Spring Boot
• Implement Spring Security with OAuth2/OIDC/JWT
• Design and optimize databases, queries, and indexing strategies
• Implement asynchronous communication using Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Write clean, testable, and production-grade code

Frontend Development

• Build scalable UI using React, TypeScript
• Use advanced React patterns (Hooks, Context, React Query/Redux)
• Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, memoization, CRP optimization)
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Write test cases using jest

DevOps & Cloud

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab)
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy via Kubernetes
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for application deployment
• Ensure observability using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools

Quality & Leadership

• Drive automated testing across the stack
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce best practices
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical implementations
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning

Skill Requirements

Backend

• Strong expertise in Java 8+/17 & Spring Boot
• Spring Security (OAuth2, JWT, OIDC)
• Microservices architecture
• SQL & database optimization

Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React & TypeScript
• Advanced understanding of hooks, state management
• Experience integrating APIs and handling async workflows

DevOps & System Design

• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines
• Git-based workflows
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts

Nice to Have (Value Add Skills)

• Cloud-native architecture experience
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
• GraphQL exposure
• WebSockets / real-time UI updates
• Experience working on high-traffic applications
