Job Summary

1. Provide L2/L3 support and strong understanding of PowerChart Touch (PCT) access management, including account unlocks.
2. Non‑prod Cerner user builds with accurate role/profile alignment.
3. Printer, facility, clinic, location, and address builds/updates (Cerner Clinics, Addresses, Org updates, Cerner Location add/modify requests, WTS updates).
4. Provider configuration activities – PCA Billing Provider Add/Modify, Provider Groups Add/Modify, Cerner Role Profile provisioning.
5. Past Charting / Past Charting Not Allowed configuration (43,200‑minute rule).
6. Provider Cerner Account Combine requests.
7. Supervisor Relationships – Add/Remove (HealtheCare).
8. PDMP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) work

2-4+ years working with Cerner in Core Security, Cerner Millennium Support and familiar with incident management and change management processes using ServiceNow.

Shift -Need to be open to work in shifts which includes supporting Client Business Hours US - 8 AM - 5 PM PST

Key Responsibilities

1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
