About the Role

The Senior .NET + Angular Developer is responsible for designing and developing production-grade features using C#, .NET Core, and TypeScript, with a strong focus on clean, maintainable code and long-term quality. This role actively contributes to architectural discussions, shapes engineering standards, and serves as a technical partner and mentor for the team. The Senior .NET + Angular Developer will work on the Content Federation Service — a key pillar of Hyland's Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) strategy — connecting cloud-based systems with customers' on-premise environments to enable fast, secure data connections and power Hyland AI capabilities.

Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do

• Design and develop production-grade features using C#, .NET Core, and TypeScript with a quality-first mindset
• Translate business needs into clean, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions
• Actively contribute to architectural and design discussions, influencing how the product is built and evolves
• Write automated tests as a natural and integral part of the development process
• Help shape CI/CD pipelines and drive engineering standards across the team
• Share knowledge, mentor team members, and act as a trusted technical partner for the broader team
• English at B2+ level, used naturally and confidently in daily communication

Role Essentials — Required Skills

• Strong, practical experience with C#/.NET Core and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AWS, containers, and cloud-native tooling
• Experience working with Angular, GraphQL, and REST APIs
• Experience with modern DevOps tooling including Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Helm
• A strong testing mindset with a commitment to shipping reliable, well-tested code

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions

Pay Transparency

Poland: 17,000 – 22,500 PLN gross per month

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Experience with continuous software delivery
• Significant experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience working in Windows/Linux development environment, working with open source tools/platforms
• Demonstrated experience with build environments and delivery pipelines
• Experience with test automation and continuous integration tools
• Experience in software application testing tools, methodologies, and process framework
• Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
• Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areas
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
