Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Refine Design Requirements, Ensuring Alignment With Project Goals And Customer Expectations Using Cad Software For Effective Visual Communication.
2. Develop Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations, Utilizing Component Engineering Principles To Validate Design Decisions And Enhance Product Functionality.
3. Mentor Junior Designers By Sharing Knowledge And Expertise Through Structured Training Sessions And Comprehensive Documentation, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning.
4. Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Component Engineers And Production Teams, To Ensure That Software Design Integrates Seamlessly With The Overall Project Goals And Manufacturability Requirements.
5. Partner With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish And Maintain Design Quality Standards, Employing Best Practices And Guidelines For Design For Manufacture And Assembly (Dfma).

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Component Engineering And Design Principles.
2. Strong Understanding Of Cad Software For Design Modeling And Visualization.
3. Knowledge Of Design For Manufacture And Assembly (Dfma) Methodologies.
4. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Diverse Teams.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Certification In Cad Software (E.G., Autocad, Solidworks) Or Component Engineering Methodologies.
