
Boston Globe Media is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer, Brand Marketing to lead design initiatives and support marketing activations across our portfolio of brands, including The Boston Globe, Boston.com, and Boston Magazine. Reporting to the Creative Director on the Brand Marketing team, this role is central to elevating brand identity, delivering creative concepts that drive awareness, engagement, subscriptions, and loyalty, and ensuring best-in-class design across all channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, creative concepting, and visual storytelling with proven experience bringing marketing strategies to life through impactful visuals. This individual should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be passionate about creating work that resonates with diverse audiences.

Qualifications:
The BGMP office is located in downtown Boston, near Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and is easily accessible by MBTA and commuter rail lines. This position is based in Boston, and candidates should be based in the area or willing to move.
The annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000.
