• Creating, working on 2D drawings and 3D models for ports & marine, underground metro stations, bridge, co-ordinate with other team members of the drafting/modelling team in accomplishing complex tasks.
• Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings, 3D models and documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Tekla is a must. Knowledge in Rhino/grasshopper, MicroStation, Revit and Civil 3D is desirable.
• Hands on experience with marine structures and/or bridge drawings, quantity estimation etc.
• Will coordinate with technical manager or concerned engineers for input of drafting work in each project.
• Conversance with Euro code, Swedish drawing standards will be an add-on.
• Exercises self-discipline and work ethic, respect and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Essentials

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Trained Professional with 6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in marine structures and/or bridge work, preparing general arrangement, reinforcement drawings, and reinforcement detailing, 2D and 3D modelling is mandatory.
• Should have knowledge of steel and concrete detailing standards.
• Experience in at least two International/European Projects is essential.
• Professional English language skills (written and verbal) are essential.
• Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently.
• Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines.

Meritorious

• Experience from Swedish and/or Scandinavian projects is an advantage.
• BE/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute is meritorious.
• 3D reinforcement modelling skills is an advantage.
• Experience in modelling of deep foundations is meritorious.
• Experience in modelling of sheet piling and associated detailing is meritorious, preferably in marine conditions.
• Experience in marine projects is meritorious, comprising one or more of the following:
  • Modelling of pile deck quays or jetties.
  • Modelling of mooring or berthing dolphins.
  • Modelling of quay equipment such as fenders and bollards.
  • Modelling and material take off for dredging.
