Job Summary

JD: Electrical Design Engineer

Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech / ME/ M. Tech (Electrical /Electrical & Electronics /Electronics &

Communication / Mechatronics / Instrumentation) Eng. Diploma qualified profiles not suitable.

Experience: 4 to 7 yrs.

Work Location: Bangalore ITPL

Summary:

1.Expertise in Design Engineering as well as Assembly Interface, Installation and commissioning hand on, preferably

worked in the manufacturing industries like CNC and Special Purpose Machineries, Industrial Automations, SEMI

Domain (Thorough knowledge on control system ,power distribution/control panel design /system level schematic

design, cable harness design, hands on experience on servo control system,vfd,stepper control system, expertise

knowledge on switchgear ,photosensors ,transducers, safety sensors etc.).

2.Hands on expertise in PLC/CNC/Other OEM specific Control systems, Analog & Digital I/O’s., SCADA, HMI,

LABVIEW, MATLAB.

3.Expertise in Temperature controllers Like Micro Fusion, Watlow, Eurotherm-selections, functional understanding,

interface.

4.Expertise knowledge in Servo Control systems, VFD, Stepper motor Motion control system feedback system.

5.Expertise knowledge on switchgear, photosensors, transducers, safety sensors etc.

6.Expertise in Power Distribution/Control Panel Designs as per global standards (Electrical, Electromechanical,

Electronic component selection, GA diagram, system schematic, cable harness, Electrical load calculation, Electrical

load balancing, short circuit calculations,).

7.Expertise in Heat load calculation for selection of coolers.

8.Compulsorily Hands-on experience with at least 2 Electrical CAD Tools Like E3s, E-Plan, Creo, AutoCAD Electrical,

Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works Etc. (Preference will be given to E3s expertise candidate for Schematics, Cable

Harness, PD panel Designs).

9.Hands-on experience in Selection of Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronics Components as per global standard

viz Switch Gears, Control Actuators, Power supplies, Industrial transducers, Industrial Sensors, Servo Drives, VF

Drives, Servo Motors, Stepper motor, Heaters, Induction Motors, Control Systems, PD Enclosures, Cables,

Connectors and accessories, Temperature Controllers as Per Global Standards Like UL, NFPA79, Semi S2, S22

10.Expertise Knowledge in Electrical Basic Fundamentals Like EMC, EMI, Earthing, Grounding, Safety Interlocks,

OSHA, ESD, POKAYOKE

11.Expertise Knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Design Basics Fundamentals.

12.Hands on expertise in Class 3 cable routing with UG&NX or Creo or Solid Works.

13.Hands on experience and good knowledge with Pneumatic/Hydraulic Circuits.

14.Good in Communication and Presentation Skills.

1. Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in Semistandard viz SEMI S2, S8, S22, UL508A,

NFPA79, UL with CAD knowledge of E3S.

NOTE: -Candidates experienced just with CAD Tool in the field of Schematics/cable harness/PD designs will not be

suitable, and candidates Just worked for PD/Control Panel Design Industries will not be Suitable.
