Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Develop and apply savoury product solutions across plant-based meats, sauces, soups, condiments, ready meals, and meat products using IFF’s ingredient and flavour portfolio.
• Leverage new raw materials, emerging technologies, and IFF innovations to drive product development and technical excellence.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in recipe formulation, ingredient functionality, and raw material applications.
• Maintain and continuously improve recipe databases while ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Guide teams on market-specific taste and texture preferences to ensure consumer-relevant product concepts and submissions.
• Identify flavour and ingredient portfolio gaps and collaborate with cross-functional experts to address business needs.
• Lead technical strategy, category initiatives, and concept generation, integrating IFF technologies and TASTE DESIGN™ innovation.
• Build strong customer partnerships by understanding business strategies, brands, consumer preferences, and market trends, while providing total solution-based support.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Flavorists, Consumer Research, Regulatory, and R&D teams, applying creativity, innovation, and presentation skills to deliver commercial success.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Food and Nutrition, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in snacks and culinary creation.
• Strong leadership experiences, including mentoring trainees and junior designers.
