As the Senior Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance customers' journey.

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience Design:

  • Lead the design of user-centric experiences, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.

• Visual Design:

  • Create high-quality designs that align with the company's brand and resonate with the company's B2C audience.
  • Develop prototypes and design systems using Figma to support scalable design workflows.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Act as a design advocate, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Strong skills in UX design, including user research, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in the tool.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking to create data-informed designs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
