The Senior Designer is a full-time position within the Marketing team at CARE USA, reporting to the Art Director. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality visual design across digital, video, print, and campaign assets in support of CARE’s brand, fundraising, and marketing initiatives. The Senior Designer is a hands-on creative contributor who translates creative direction, briefs, and brand standards into compelling visual executions. Working closely with the Art Director, copywriters, producers, and cross-functional partners, the Senior Designer ensures that all materials are visually strong, on brand, and aligned with strategic objectives. This role is critical to maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across CARE’s growing creative output.
Design Execution
Produce high-quality design assets across digital, print, and campaign deliverables, including marketing materials, fundraising assets, social content, and internal communications. Translate creative briefs and direction into polished visual executions that meet brand standards, timelines, and objectives.
