Position Details:

• Role: Electrical Design Engineer
• Experience: 12–15 Years
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech / ME/M.Tech (Electrical / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics / Instrumentation)
• Location: Bangalore – ITPL, Bangalore

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Electrical Design Engineering , including system design, integration, installation, and commissioning
• Experience in CNC / SPM / Industrial Automation / Semiconductor domain
• Expertise in:
• Control Systems: PLC, CNC, SCADA, HMI, LabVIEW, MATLAB
• Motion Control: Servo systems, VFD, Stepper motors
• Temperature Controllers: Watlow, Eurotherm, Micro Fusion
• Component Selection: Switchgear, sensors, transducers, drives

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in:
• Power Distribution & Control Panel Design
• Electrical Schematics, GA, Cable Harness Design
• Load Calculations, Load Balancing, Short Circuit Analysis
• Heat load calculation for cooling selection

Skill Requirements

• Mandatory expertise in at least 2 CAD tools :
• E3.series (preferred), E-Plan, Creo, AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, SolidWorks
• Strong knowledge of standards:
• UL, NFPA79, SEMI S2/S22, UL508A,IEC.

Other Requirements

• Good understanding of:
• EMI/EMC, Grounding, Safety Interlocks, ESD, OSHA
• Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems
• Class 3 cable routing using UG NX / Creo / SolidWorks
