Job Description

Digital Transformation Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Owns/influences budgets and operating plans. The role is guided by operating policy. Works with cross functional teams. The role has autonomy within the operational area or a segment within a larger business unit. The role may have a major impact on a small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to achieve outcomes.

The Global Process Excellence Design & Delivery Manager – Services is responsible for partnering across Go-To-Market and One Field Services teams to define the business strategy and digitization roadmap for Global Services outage planning, including: driving process harmonization across business teams and profit pools with standard KPIs; leading organizational change management in support of business model transformation; developing end state processes and partnering with IT teams to deliver digital transformation roadmaps.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Drive business process standardization & digitization; partner across Contract & Project Go-To-Market and Field Services fulfillment teams to deliver business-centric outcomes that meet priorities of all stakeholders.
  • Lead team of individual functional process owners to develop ERP and outage planning system entitlement roadmaps for Services; drive critical path decisions, make recommendations, and influence leaders to maximize business impact by simplifying and standardizing processes across all profit pools.
  • Engage with business partners (e.g. Global Process Excellence, Global Operations, Region ITR teams and support functions) as well as IT teams to translate business outcomes into functional requirements and support testing, training, and business process change management.
  • Serve as the senior functional authority for the Integrated Services Management (ISM) multi-year digital transformation program, providing strategic direction across all ISM functional domains, with Salesforce as the orchestration layer and ERP as system of record as well as operationalize AI in the flow of work. Sunset Event Vision, Field Vision Planning, Service Manager Workbench, ServiceMax and Realtrack applications.
  • Translate business strategy into standardized, scalable process models with clear ownership, inputs/outputs, and KPI enablement across ITO and OTR. Set and track measurable targets including NVA hour reduction, cycle time improvement, first-time-right execution, and automated KPI visualization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • 10+ additional years of experience in cross functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Field Services, Operations organizations
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role

Desired Qualifications

  • Functional expertise with GEV Applications including Visionsuite, ServiceMax, Service Manager Workbench, EventVision, FieldVision, RealTrack, ETM, and Salesforce Service Cloud platforms, as well as ERP-integrated environments (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Proven experience leading service, operations, or field service transformations across regions.
  • Ability to interface and influence all levels of customer organization as well as other functions
  • Strong oral/written communication skills as well as interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in partnership with IT

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $140,300.00 and $233,800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
