Client: Main Contractor
Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Architecture, 4+ years’ experience in residential architecture, strong CAD skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, ability to manage technical aspects of pre-construction design.
Location: Dublin
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

Our client is a leading main contractor with an established reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Ireland. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Design Coordinator to join their Dublin-based projects and support the successful delivery and coordination of the design process.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Manager, Project Manager and site team, helping to coordinate architectural and engineering information throughout the project. They will assist with the coordination of M&E services, utilities and technical information, ensuring drawings, specifications and design details are available to the site team when required.
The role will also involve supporting the technical submittal process, maintaining design and information trackers, following up on outstanding information and assisting with the resolution of technical queries. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure information is coordinated effectively and delivered in line with the project programme.
