The Campaign Deployment Specialist is responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, efficient management of campaign assets, and proactive troubleshooting of deployment issues. The specialist also supports post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement and ensures compliance with brand guidelines, data privacy regulations, and governance standards.

This role requires:

  1. Brief Management: Receive and review campaign briefs for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with Brand Managers and/or Agencies to clarify gaps or missing
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, assets, and timelines. Expected to leverage shared team tools, such as JIRA and Slack. Responsible for closing out tasks and socializing updates.
  3. Compliance and Governance Ensure all campaigns follow established brand guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies. Use established templates provided.
  4. Campaign Execution Build, execute, and deploy marketing campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, etc.) based on approved briefs using Braze. Expected to upskill through certifications.
  5. Segmentation Expected to leverage standardized templates and structures for audience/segmentation creation. Fluent in datatypes, data profiles, and data catalogs. Ensure accurate targeting, personalization, and audience selection aligned with campaign objectives.
  6. Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct end-to-end testing and QA of campaigns prior to launch to ensure accuracy and functionality. Peer review is preferred along with using Purina's QA documentation and acceptance criteria.
  7. Documentation & Planning Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and deployment schedules for visibility and audit readiness
  8. Post-Campaign Hypercare Ensure campaign was scheduled and deployed. Monitor during hypercare to ensure seamless delivery.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE...

  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with campaign deployment tools (e.g., Braze, Eloqua, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, JIRA, or similar platforms)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., AMP Script) to support campaign execution and personalization
  • Experience working in a multi-market or global environment, with the ability to manage varying requirements across regions
  • Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and audience management, including segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and governance standards (e.g., GDPR or equivalent), ensuring responsible use of customer data
  • Understanding of campaign management processes and best practices
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
