Practice Snapshot

Natural Dentistry offers a comprehensive range of general dentistry services, from routine examinations and children’s dentistry through to implants and Invisalign. The clinical team consists of 1 Lead Dentist, 2 Associate Dentists, and 1 Hygienist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dentist to join Natural Dentistry in a part‑time capacity, working Wednesdays and Fridays with optional alternative Mondays and Saturdays.

This role is anchored in general dentistry, with a strong focus on restorative and cosmetic treatments, delivered through a holistic lens. You will provide comprehensive examinations, advanced treatment planning and management of complex cases and a broad scope of treatments, such as:

• Fillings
• Crowns and bridges
• Root canal therapy
• Dental implants
• Invisalign
• Veneers
• Extractions

This role offers the opportunity to practice at a high clinical level with holistic and integrative practice philosophy, backed by strong clinical support.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 year's experience in general dentistry, comprehensive diagnosis, advanced treatment planning and management of complex multidisciplinary cases
• Strong competency across restorative and cosmetic dentistry (e.g. implants), with confidence in delivering high-value treatment plans and aesthetic outcomes
• Experience with surgical extractions, Invisalign and integration of orthodontic considerations into broader treatment planning would also be highly regarded
• Alignment with holistic and integrative dental philosophy which includes minimally invasive, evidence-based care, with consideration given to oral-systemic health, biocompatible materials and conservative treatment approaches
• Comfortability working in an environment that does not utilise fluoride
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with patients and support staff to foster collaboration and deliver consultative service to patients
• Patient‑centred, ethical approach to care
