
Senior Demo Gear Coordinator
Our Senior Demo Gear Coordinator supports the Product Development Engineering team, Sales team, and Professional Services team by ensuring our demo gear is available and delivered to customers and tradeshows for demonstrations. This role maintains our physical demo gear inventory, handles RMA requests for demo gear, and collects and delivers weekly reporting.
What it takes: You have experience working with tight deadlines and supporting multiple stakeholders. You have pristine data entry and record keeping skills with an aptitude for organization. Your Microsoft Excel knowledge includes more advanced features like report building, pivot tables, charts, formulas, queries, resource planning and building out reporting templates. You are comfortable in fast-paced, time sensitive environments. You are self-driven and require minimal supervision.

Salary Range: $ 74,100 - 90,000. per year plus bonus

Your Challenge:
Manage our demo gear request process, including receiving requests from customers or employees for on-site demos and tradeshows, determine what equipment is available, hold equipment for specific requests, and preparing and tracking demo gear shipments
Manage our Bailment Agreement process for all customer demo gear requests
Maintain and update the Master Bailment Agreement tracker
Follow up on all demo gear requests to ensure return dates are adhered to, issues delinquent return notices, and track all demo gear return shipments
Partners with other PacStar teams regarding RMA requests for demo gear
Implement and maintain accurate tracking for customer deliveries, builds in progress, and physical material inventory
Partners with other PacStar teams to replace demo gear modules as appropriate
Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules and required demo gear
Attends and participates in various meetings
Proactively partners with project managers and other team members to help monitor and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring they remain on schedule
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
Organize and schedule departmental shared resources
Regular interaction with department stakeholders and customers
Performance requires physical attendance
Other duties as assigned
What you bring:
Minimum 4 years of related experience in executive level administrative support/coordination
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Power Point skills are a plus
Should be able to anticipate project needs and have the ability to identify work assignments independently
Highly organized with the ability to track multiple moving parts and multiple projects
Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by sharing information with coworkers and customers; listening and responding to performance feedback; acknowledging strengths and weaknesses; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
Ability to compile and analyze data, manage documentation and review agreements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Must be able to self-organize workloads and manage all deadlines
