About this Position

The Senior Demand Planner is a key supply chain role responsible for leading demand forecasting, inventory management, and the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure business growth, product availability, and optimal inventory levels. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, align supply and demand plans, and drive service level performance. In addition, the incumbent is expected to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, and working capital metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing improvement initiatives.

What you´ll do

• Lead demand
  planning, forecasting, and inventory management to support business growth
  and service level targets.
• Drive the monthly
  S&OP process and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply
  teams to align demand and supply plans.
• Monitor forecast
  accuracy, inventory health, and working capital performance, implementing
  actions to improve key KPIs.
• Manage supply
  risks, product availability, and inventory optimization across the supply
  chain.
• Oversee master
  data governance, SAP planning processes, and reporting to ensure
  operational excellence.
• Deliver strategic
  insights and recommendations to senior management through business
  analysis and performance reporting.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree
  in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of
  experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or S&OP, with
  leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise
  in forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, and KPI management.
• Advanced
  knowledge of SAP MM, APO, and planning systems.
• Excellent
  analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to
  drive cross-functional alignment, continuous improvement, and business
  results.
