About the role
As Senior Demand Planner, you will own the development of high‑quality, consensus demand plans by combining statistical forecasting with strong commercial insight and cross‑functional inputs. Reporting to the Manager, Demand Planning, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IBP leaders to align business objectives and support strategic decision‑making across multiple or large business segments.

You’re an experienced demand planning professional with strong analytical capability and end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge. You bring confidence influencing senior stakeholders, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in fast‑paced, matrix environments. You’re commercially minded, detail‑oriented and passionate about continuously improving forecasting accuracy and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain high‑quality demand forecasts using statistical analysis and business inputs
Lead the demand planning process and monthly Executive Demand Review meetings
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IBP teams to deliver a consensus demand plan
Perform financial reconciliation against plans and address demand‑supply gaps
Represent demand planning within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
Provide actionable insights, risk assessments and clear forecast assumptions to senior leaders
Support product life‑cycle management, including new product launches and exits
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, tools and performance metrics
Lead cross‑functional supply chain improvement and system implementation initiatives
Manage demand planning analytics across multiple or large business segments
Must‑have experience / skills
Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
APICS or relevant professional supply chain accreditation
4–6+ years’ experience in demand planning, supply chain planning or related functions
Strong knowledge of demand forecasting processes and tools
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), SQL and Power Platform experience
Proven ability to lead executive‑level discussions and cross‑functional collaboration
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain interdependencies
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English
Nice‑to‑have experience / skills
Experience in the medical device or regulated industry
Experience working in a global organization
Exposure to Oracle Demantra, i2, Demand Solutions or similar tools
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle and/or SAP)
Statistical or data analytics background
Experience leading large‑scale supply chain transformation initiatives
