Power your Future with Qualus as a Senior Deltek Administrator to serve as the functional owner of our Deltek ERP system, supporting both finance and project operations in a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for system configuration, project accounting workflows, billing operations, reporting, and day-to-day system performance.
This position is best suited for someone who has deep, practical experience working within Deltek, actively configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, and supporting financial processes such as billing, rate management, and month-end activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, maintaining system integrity, and enabling the business to operate efficiently.
The role requires a balance of technical system expertise and strong accounting/finance knowledge, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT. You will also support integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts across the platform.
