The Delivery Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of the KYC / digital onboarding initiative across multiple teams and locations, ensuring predictable delivery, transparent reporting and effective risk/issue management.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to help our client create the next big thing in digital banking.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain the end‑to‑end delivery plan (milestones, releases, dependencies) for the KYC / onboarding workstreams
- Run governance routines: status meetings, RAID logs, follow‑ups, steering preparations and standardized reporting
- Coordinate delivery across distributed teams and vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities and timelines
- Support Agile teams by removing impediments, facilitating cross‑team coordination and aligning with Product Owner and Architect
- Oversee SIT, UAT and implementation planning, including cut‑over plans and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
- Track and manage budget, resource allocation and change requests, ensuring transparency and approvals where needed
- Maintain high‑quality project documentation and ensure decisions, actions and risks are clearly recorded and communicated
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4–6 years (mid) or 7+ years (senior) of project/program management experience, ideally in banking or other regulated environments
- Strong experience in Agile / hybrid delivery with distributed teams and vendors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to summarize complex topics for senior leadership
- Focus on one major workstream or several squads, with guidance from a senior manager/program lead
- Owns day‑to‑day coordination, detailed planning and reporting within scope
- Oversees multiple workstreams or a full program slice, often cross‑domain or cross‑region
- Acts as key counterpart to senior Product Owner, shapes governance, and drives high‑impact escalations and trade‑offs
