Role is aligned to support the Incentive Compensation platform within Chief People Technology. This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations including support for critical Consumer Incentive Plans within the Oracle Incentive Compensation Platform, support of the Data quality application, and coordination support of testing alignment. Other responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Senior Delivery Lead within Chief People Technology responsible and accountable for partnering with key Business, Development, Business Solutions, Program/Project Management, Architecture, Production Support and Testing Execs to develop and implement the tactical and strategic planning of all phases of application, environment, and support management.

  • Responsibilities include:

  • Drive Technology strategy to meet business strategy utilizing modern technologies and creating efficiencies.

  • Business relationship management, liaison to Global Human Resources and Shared Service Providers (SSPs)

  • Vendor relationship management to support applications

  • Effectively manage through bank’s processes.

  • Provide risk oversight for business and technology risk

  • Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Application Management Policies and Procedures.

  • Provide leadership, and management with a focus on ensuring delivery and execution are being managed against strategic goals and direction

  • Manage and provide Application portfolio oversight working closely with application and/or vendor managers

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates

  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels

  • Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors and internal technology groups

  • Microsoft Office suite including the use of Copilot

  • Solid experience of process & release management

  • Can work unsupervised and is a self-starter

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Can prioritize

Desired Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Bank processes including Change Management, Information Security, and Development delivery

  • Experience with vendor relationship management

  • At least 5 years of Bank of America technology experience or similar experience at another large financial institution
