What you will do
The Senior Deliver Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across forecasting, inventory management, and logistics. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize replenishment strategies, and support business planning through advanced data analysis and modernized reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and a drive to enhance customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.
The Senior Analyst position will also to be involved in benchmarking, attending industry conferences, and will provide critical input into the strategic direction of the organization and technical leadership/mentoring to peers. There will also be opportunities to identify and lead improvement projects, which include integrated demand planning efforts, new technology assessments, and implementations, incorporating more advanced forecasting methodologies, and logistic efficiency improvements. The scope of improvement projects will span both customer as well as internal.
In addition to strategic projects and leadership responsibilities, primary functional responsibilities include:
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements across supply chain operations.
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure accurate customer forecasting, improved logistics efficiency, and efficient inventory replenishment.
Play a critical role in collaborating with Planning and Sales within Kenvue to improve national forecast accuracy and better distribution of finished goods' inventory.
Collaborate with our customer to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvement.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, service level enhancement, and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on supply chain optimization and customer service enhancement.
Support the adoption of new technologies and tools that enhance reporting, forecasting, and order management workflows.
Lead initiatives to standardize reporting formats, templates, and processes across the team and department.
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing supply chain performance and improving customer service outcomes.
Design, develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for key supply chain metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, on-time delivery).
Benchmark industry best practices and contributes to strategic planning initiatives.
Lead short-term Sales & Operations execution alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure responsiveness and agility.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Minimum ofBachelor’sdegreerequired ; focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering,Statisticor another related field preferred
A minimum of 3-5 yearsof experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Statistics,and/or Sales Operations isrequired
Proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel (pivot tables &vookups) and Wordrequired
Ability and desire to learn new systems/applicationsrequired
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and recommendationsisrequired
Experience in storytelling with data—using visuals and narrative to drive business decisions isrequired
Customer-centric mindsetrequired
Strong collaboration, communication andinterpersonal skillsrequired
Experience working on cross functional teamsrequired
Solid problem-solving and analytical skillsrequired
Preferred Qualifications
Finance knowledge or work experience in any of the following areaspreferred accounts receivable, deduction management, and/or cash application and collections.
Customer-facing experiencepreferred
Working knowledge of SAP and how to leverage the system capabilities to drive valuepreferred
Strong understanding of theend-to-endsupply chainpreferred
Planning experience using Demand Management software (SAP,Manugistics, I2, etc.) ispreferred
Supply Chain experience or knowledge in Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics, Replenishment, and/orPlanningpreferred
Expertise in translating complex data into clear, actionable visualizations and reports for diverse audiences ispreferred
Ability to standardize and modernize reporting processes, ensuring consistency and scalability ispreferred
Proficiency with AdvancedDataAnalytics tools(Excel,Power BI,PowerAutomate,SQL, Python, or similar)preferred
Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training, and/or Certification ispreferred

What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$90,100.00 - $127,200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
